How can we send a dashboard / report in email body?

Hi all,

 

I'm using Tokyo version, how can I send a dashboard or some reports in a e-mail body? Is it possible?

 

I know that we have scheduled reports, but they send the reports as attachments not in email body.

Hello @MR Carvalho,

You can try something like 

you can attach a report to an email notification by using the following format:

${report:reportID:sys_id}

where reportID is the type of report you want to attach (reportID, gaugeID, dashboardID, or chartID) and sys_id is the sys ID of the report, gauge, dashboard, or chart.

 

Not sure if this will work 100% or not. But I think I have seen something like this somewhere.
