How can you get Employee Center Pro on your personal dev instance?

Since EC and EC Pro are downloads from the store, how can you get them installed on your personal dev instance?  We are entitled to EC Pro on our regular instances, and I would like to load that on my personal instance where I can play around without messing things up.

have you tried to search it and enable it from plugins module on your personal instance ?

I'm facing the same issue as your's as I'm trying to install the Employee Center Pro Plugin in my PDI Instance and getting the attached error. Can you please help me on the same. TIA!
