How change phone number to reset password

Hi 

please i'm trying to use the process "Employee Self-Service Process for Microsoft Entra ID" , but when I test reset password, an SMS is sent to unknown phone number , How to change that please ?

User the enrollment process to enroll in password reset again. I'm not sure if it is the same way but there used to be a password reset enrollment catalog item.
