How could a user cloesd the task without filling the mandatory field.

I have a issue a user cloesd a task without filling the task mandatory field. is this possible please let me know.

I would suggest impersonating the user who is facing the issue and tried to do the same from user's perspective. Try to replicate the same steps which user did and faced the issue.

If the issue could be replicated then please check the console whether there is any error message or not. If it is one of a kind then tt could happen due to network's issue but if it's not then we need to replicate the scenario first then we will be able to find out the issue.

As per error show on form, fill the fields.

1.If these fields if user is not table to see on form then check ACL written on this table or

2.user role you assign to any test user and check.

3.Check user's team mate can do this operation 

4. Debug security rules
