How do I add the 'show workflow' link to a form?

I created an application with its respective form and workflow. I can submit the request, update it, and even look at its respective workflow. However, the form itself is missing the 'show workflow' link under the Related Links heading. I want to know why it's missing and how I can add it to it.

Normally when I create the form the link is already there. I don't have to add it.

I'll appreciate your input.

Hi Luis,

Just replace the instance name and hit the below URL. You have to just change the table name to yours and click "insert and stay".

I have used your url to create a UI Action with the appropriate table name (Incident).   But I don't see the Related Links section on the form at all.   Is there something additional needed to expose Related Links?
