How do I change the Calendar entry background color

I created a calendar report and added field styles however on my report the background color of the entries is not changing. How can I get the background color of the entries to change

is their something equivalent to sysparm_calstyle this is were I set the default highlight

But I need to change the background color to be green or blue or something other so it stands out

My example style is on different "environments" for change records.

On a Calendar report you need to select the field to display its fields styles (selection at bottom):

I do have the filed style set 

background-color:lightgreen

but when I select the Highlight based on Arrival date it still shows white

On the form it shows the background color but not on the calendar

Also any idea how to remove the time in the front?
