How do I create a VTB with vertical lanes for different task types?

Is there a way to create a Visual Task Board (VTB) with Vertical Lanes based on different task types.  For example a VTB that filters across all the different task tables for those with Assignment Group = "Team 1" and then the first vertical lane has all Change Requests for Team 1, the second vertical lane has all Incidents for Team 1, and so on?

Hi,

There is, you can go to the task table list view, right-click column header and choose show visual task board, then build it out by clicking the (i) icon in upper-right and choosing vertical lane field to: task type and then the filter to assignment group = 'x'.

The only issue is that all of the task types show as lanes and so there's quite a bit, but it'll specifically focus on the records associated to this team.

Hi,

I wanted to further add-on that you can then go to configuration menu:

and advanced settings:

and then you can select lane visibility such as:

So in your case, all the task types would show and you can scroll down this list and uncheck all the task types not applicable to this board/view and it'll help limit that for you.
