Hi,
I'm trying to edit an out of the box UI Page that is set to 'read-only'. It is 'workbench' from the Major Incident Management application (Incident Management - Major Incident Management plugin)
In the past, I would clone or insert and stay then set the first file to inactive. That way I could make sure to get the update in the future.
In Kingston, I'm trying that on my personal dev instance before trying on my customer's instance and I can not seem to set the original ui page to inactive. Even the new page is set to read-only and i have no way of editing.
Did I miss a step?
Thanks!

It seems platform doesn't allow users to change (even after insert& staty/clone) few scripts which are protected by read-only mode to avoid the upgrade issues. For more details refer: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=eb5a4fa9db5cdbc01dcaf3231f9619b0
