Thanks for your response. Actually, now i need to achieve the following requirement -   I want to export the workflow into text/PDF with full steps from workflow begin to end.

for example, workflow begin > stage 1 (holding this process) > stage 2 (holding this process) > end. kindly share your knowledge.

I'm looking for the same thing - export the graphical workflow into another tool (Visio, PDF, Word etc).
