How do I implement switching topics with Virtual Agent?

Hey everyone,

So I have multiple topics active right now (also, I am really having issues getting the virtual agent to update after I change, save, and publish my changes). Anyways, how do i get rid of these two weird spaces here before the topics list?

Hi there,

Are you using London or Madrid? These look like the two default system properties for which you can only change the text. With Madrid, if empty, these are not shown. So, are you on London?
