I am onboarding a new team and their requirements are for all their incidents to be visible only to their team and nobody else. I have set up routing based on business service to their team, but am not sure how to achieve the security aspect of this. I've not used a Before query business rule and no clue on scripting so all help would be gratefully accepted.

HI Ankar, I've looked at lots of articles and tried various things - this one looked like it might work but stopped everybody else seeing all the other incidents. Not quite sure how to approach it really.

OK - so I've tried various things and decided to use the assignment group to limit access so that it can be viewbale by other teams if it gets reassigned to another. However, I have managed to stop everyone apart from the assignment group member from seeing the incident - but then the caller cannot see it either. Any ideas what I should do to the query to allow callers to see it?
this is what I have so far:-
