The dashboard created by the admin account cannot be viewed in the end user.

Hi @BoHyun Jung ,

You can make it visible to all users by giving the public role in share section of the dashboard, like below.

Hi @BoHyun Jung ,

you can share a dashboard with one or more people by sharing the dashboard itself: see the documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/task/t_ControlAc... for further info.

also remember, that the reports within the dashboard also need to be shared with the same person(s)/group(s) to make them visible.

I want to make it visible to all users, not specific users.

Hi @BoHyun Jung ,

We can share the dashboards created by Admin with other users using the share option, but there are few things which needs to be considered regarding the visibility of the data in the dashboards.

While it is easy to share dashboards but the data in them is restricted by ACL. You might need to look into the ACL rules as well.
