How do I resolve a Field Service - Dispatcher Workspace 500 error?

Sometimes the Dispatcher Workspace shows a 500 error or an eternal loading loop.
Not all of our users are affected. 
Running on Tokyo. 

Error statements in the sys log include:

1. null: no thrown error

2. APPSEE Analytics Log - Appsee : Request not sent to uri= /consent/by-ip/v2 : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: host parameter is null: no thrown error

A warning statement in the sys log includes:
1. java.lang.NullPointerException Caused by error in sys_script_include.26e2ffdbb7f21010f49afc54ce11a93e.script at line 717 com.glide.glideobject.GlideDateTime.add(GlideDateTime.java:1335)

Are there any fixes for this issue?

Dispatcher Workspace has certainly evolved a lot since Tokyo. In the last few months alone, my team has been in close contact with the ServiceNow product team for Dispatcher Workspace and we have reported a lot of bugs and issues.

Therefore, your best chance to get a fix for your issue is to raise a ticket in the support portal.

Dispatcher Workspace has certainly evolved a lot since Tokyo. In the last few months alone, my team has been in close contact with the ServiceNow product team for Dispatcher Workspace and we have reported a lot of bugs and issues.

Therefore, your best chance to get a fix for your issue is to raise a ticket in the support portal.

Hi Maik, 
Thanks for the feedback, our team has submitted a Hiwave ticket. We love the capability of Dispatcher Workspace but have also encountered several issues in the last couple of months.
