Is it possible to set the Catalog Item's Delivery Time using flow designer?

Hi Connections,

 

How to determine the delivery time for Service Catalog (I'm using flow designer for approval and tasks)? I have a cat item need to set delivery time 1 hour, how to achieve that. any help is appreciated.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

if you have a flow attached to a Catalog Item the delivery time will be calculated by the sum of the delivery times of each stage in your flow.

If you want to use the delivery time in the catalogue item you needs to customize the widget in Service Portal. That's the way we will do.
