I am setting up SSO using SAML 2.0. I have activated the Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer plugin and have then gone to SAML 2 SingleSign-on> Properties.
At the top of the page is this message:
Please upgrade to the latest SAML plugin as soon as possible - 'Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer'
I have then updated the plugin by following the directions in the ServiceNow Documentation and it still has the message at the top of the SAML 2 SingleSign-on> Properties.
Is this message a default message or is there an actual update that the instance is not pulling down when I click on the update/activate button?
Where do I go to check the versions of the plugins besides the instance?

it won't say your plugin is up to date!!! But you can compare the Version and Available Version in plugin list
"https://devXXXXX.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=/v_plugin_list.do"
Name | Version | Available version | Status | ID |
---|
Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer | 1.0.0 | 1.0.0 | Active | com.snc.integration.sso.multi.installer |

So it is a default message. That is very annoying. Thank you Liju John
