How do I turn on debugging for ACL

I was doing a lab in now learning and came across this feature where I am able to see all the access controls for the application. How do I turn this on, on my PDI.

This opens the debugger tool. I want it to be visible in the form. Another example - In the below figure you can see the blue bug visible, next to the fields, those has ACLs.

I enabled the Debug Security Rules and it gave me below details on PDI.
