How do you get Container Start, Container Split, Container End in a Variable Set to work in Service Portal?

Hi,

Newbie here with some issues.

When I add a Variable Set with Container Start, Container Split, Container End to a Catalog Item it displays correctly in Catalog UI but not in the Service Portal.   The same Catalog Item has standard variables where I am using the Container options and that section display consistent in both the Portal and Catalog UI.

Is this normal? I'm in my PDI using Paris.

I will attach screenshots to try to explain.

Thank you,

Diana

Also just verified. Only using a Container Split on a Variable Set works fine on Platform UI and Service Portal.

Hi there,

In a Variable Set, a Container Start / Container End will not work.

Taking away only the Container Start worked.  Seems to be an issue with Variable Sets.

Thank you,
