I want to HIDE views for APM that are not needed/wanted or restrict access to them. I have tried to create a View Rule and have tried the HIDE checkbox on the view it self and nothing happens.
The Views I'm trying to hide are some of the out-of-the-box views.
My only other options is to customize these views to hide/show.

Hi,
Views are management by the View Management feature: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/kingston-platform-user-interface/page/administer/navigation-and-u...
Specifically: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/kingston-platform-user-interface/page/administer/navigation-and-u...
At the bottom of the second link, there is a script example as well that you can use.
Please consider marking my reply as Helpful and/or Accept Solution, if applicable. Thanks!
