How do you stop a glide.scheduler.worker ?

So I committed a cardinal sin and started a scheduled job without rigorous background script testing first.

Now the thing is out of control and filling my log with hundreds of thousands of entries.

Even though de-activated the scheduled job, it's still going.

I see it in Active Transactions, but I can see no option to Stop and Delete doesn't appear to do anything.

User Administration -> All Active Transactions.

Find the transaction in the list view.   Right click -> Kill.
