How does ServiceNow allow portal user to reject a resolved RITM?

This might be a basic question but we got this ask from business and I couldn't find any out of the box solution for this.
When a case is resolved, a portal user has 10 days to accept or reject the solution from portal side.
But when a RITM is resolved, there is no option for portal user to reopen or reject the resolution. Is there any out of the box solution that allows users to do this on RITM level?

Hi @MS12 ,
Not from what I'm aware - We have done it by survey. So basically, when a RITM is resolved a survey is triggered where user can state if RITM is completed or not.
