How to Report Number of Incidents that breach SLA in a month.

Navigate to Reports and Create a New Report using new button.

Then select the data source: Choose "task_sla" as the data source. This table contains information about all tasks (including incidents) and their associated SLAs. 

apply filter : Task Type: Filter by "incident". 
Has Breached: Set this to "true" to only include incidents where the SLA has been breached. 
Breach Time (or Created): Filter by the specific month you are interested in (e.g., "Breach Time is between 2024-07-01 and 2024-07-31" for July 2024). 
Group the report by the "has breached" field. This will show you a count of incidents where the SLA was breached and where it was not breached.
Save the report and you can add it to the dashboard.

Hi @Piyush Dwivedi ,

 

 just create a report based on the incident _sla database view that comes OOTB.
