Does anyone of you have any idea how does the links are populated in the faceted search page results in the portal?
I would like to understand how does the faceted search results handles the link redirection.
When I am checking the faceted search widget I am not really getting clear idea on how it works.
We have this scenario right now wherein in when a certain user access a news content from a search page results they are redirected to form page instead of the portal page. For other user it is just fine.
We already know that there is a kb support article related to non-admin users being redirected to platform instead of portal, but it really doesn't really describe the root cause of the issue.
By the way this only happens on content news and KB articles are just fine. We already made a work around by creating ACLs to allow read access to content type and the redirection works fine. But we want to know what changed in latest zurich patch 12 so we are trying to check how does the redirection in search page results works.
Any idea is fine. So far I've already also checked on the search configuration but it also doesn't give any details on how does the links displayed in faceted search page results is handled.
In the first place is it even possible to trace on our side or does this have any background configuration from ServiceNow side?
