how due date (due_date) updates for Catalog Item

hi 

How is Due date (due_date) updates for RITM. please help in getting logic. 

Please refer below details:

 

i see, two places  time is set

1. Delivery Time in catalog item

2. Workflow Schedule

For one of request  raised, below due date is updated

 

<opened_at>2025-02-25 05:40:02</opened_at>
<due_date>2025-03-05 05:39:29</due_date>

thanks @GopikaP  for response. 

 

I have already gone through mentioned link, to get info on due date.

For me, issue is ,due date is not consistent. So need to check, how is it getting updated.

Hi @Ujjwal1 , the due date is adjusted based on the updates made in the corresponding workflow - 'schedule' tab

for my workflow , it is 14hrs. But it is not updated consistently.
