How end user can see Resolution Notes on employee center for incident and request

@Disha Patel2 You can copy the resolution notes in comments of the incident via a business rule and the user would be able to see them in the employee center in the activity formatter.

No need to make changes in the widget. The post I shared simply creates a business rule which copies the resolution notes to comment field. Since comments are always visible to the end users they will be able to see resolution notes in the activity formatter on the ticket page on service portal.
