How is the Save confirmation box configured in the cmdb_rel_ci table

Within the relationship editor for a type of 'Data Only' change record, I'm trying to add a pop up message or stop users from proposing certain relationship types when the user clicks on the 'Save Proposed Change':

I've noticed that when I click on the 'Save Proposed Changes' button, the following confirmation box appears:

I was just wondering if somebody could confirm where the 'Save Proposed Changes' button, and the confirmation box is configured within ServiceNow.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG I was referring to the 'Save Propose Change' in the screenshot. The link sends me to the 'Save Proposed Change' UI Action.

Sorry mate, but I couldn’t find any such UI action. It might be defined somewhere on the UI page of the relationship.
