how many types of SLA's are there in service now? can any one explain them briefly

apart from that we have OLA(Operational Level Agreement) and underpinning contracts.

The task SLA engine provided with service level agreements can also be used to define operational level agreements (OLAs) or underpinning contracts in exactly the same way as SLAs. The only difference between SLAs, OLAs, and underpinning contracts is the Type field on the Task SLA form. Changing the type field does not change the behavior of the task SLA.
