Hi Connection,
Good Day!
Need assistance!
In how many ways can micro azure integration can be done in ServiceNow, there is not design document available, no SME's available in the project as I don't have much knowledge in integration finding very difficult to find the source/method/connection/process/integration, method/way/setup is done in service, the issue is when a user is added in group in microsoft azure it is not updating in servicenow sometimes, i'm not sure if any integration setup is done or not, wanted to know different ways to find out that setup.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Rafmine.

There are several ways to integrate Microsoft Azure with ServiceNow. Here are some methods you can use to find out the setup:
- Azure AD Integration: Check if Azure Active Directory (AD) is integrated with ServiceNow for user and group management. This is a common method for syncing user and group data. You can check this in the Azure portal under Azure Active Directory > Enterprise Applications > All Applications, and look for ServiceNow.
- API Integration: Check for an API integration setup between Azure and ServiceNow. This could be a REST, SOAP, or OAUTH connection. You can check this in ServiceNow under System Web Services > Outbound > REST Message or SOAP Message.
- Azure Logic Apps: Azure Logic Apps can be used to automate workflows and integrate data, apps, and services. Check in the Azure portal if any Logic Apps connect to ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow IntegrationHub: ServiceNow's IntegrationHub allows you to create flow-based integrations. Check in ServiceNow under Flow Designer > IntegrationHub to see if there's an integration setup with Azure.
- Azure Service Bus: Azure Service Bus can be used to send messages between applications. Check in the Azure portal if there's a Service Bus that connects to ServiceNow.
- Custom Scripted Integration: There might be a custom scripted integration. Check-in ServiceNow under System Definition > Scripts - Background for any scripts that might be interacting with Azure.
- Azure DevOps Integration: If the issue is related to development work, there might be an integration with Azure DevOps. Check-in ServiceNow under System Web Services > Outbound > REST Message or SOAP Message for any connections to Azure DevOps.
- Third-Party Integration Tools: A third-party tool might be used for the integration, such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. Check-in these tools for any integrations with ServiceNow.
