How mobile Devices table is inserted

Hello,
I need to understand how the mobile devices table can insert new elements, because I do have the table in my instance full of other records but at the same time I don't find the record that has my own information, I don't find the record has been created, so for that I am looking is there another action I have to do in order to have the record created.

Hi,
you need to "Mobile UI" plugin activated, you will then have a table name 'sys_mobile_devices'. it will then have a 'user' field.

I already have the plugin activated, but yet I don't find the record inserted.

Hi Laila,
There should be Upgrade History for the plugin activation. Where you can see Changes Skipped, Applied, and Processes. This is available from System Definition -> Plugin Installation History. the Id for the plugin is 'com.glide.ui.m'. I have that plugin installed, I can do have the sys_mobile_devices table in my instance. But it is empty. There is an ACL that requires users to have the 'admin' rule for write access to that table.
Also, you can create a Support Case for any plugin activation problems.
