Hi,
I wanted to confirm the following things related to Now Agent Mobile :-
1. I wanted to confirm whether the device types Android and iOS are supported.
2. I also wanted to define the scope of mobile capabilities (push notifications, quick actions and self service)
3. Set up login (SSO, MFA, Security Policies) - I know it is by entering the instance address and inputing your username and password. But I'm not sure on what exactly does the login belong to SSO or MFA etc.?
Please help me to find this.

NowLearning has courses on Mobile, so it would provide a lot of the information you are looking for. And what didn't Docs provide? The first Google hit was this: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-mobile/page/administer/tablet-mobile-ui/reference/mo...
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hi @NishaB ,
Yes, both Android and iOS devices are supported by the ServiceNow Agent Mobile App....Specifically, ServiceNow supports the latest two versions of Apple iOS and the latest four versions of Android. The app is available via Google Play for Android and the App Store for iOS...
Mobile Capabilities - https://www.servicenow.com/products/mobile-agent.html
Authentication is handled via standard ServiceNow methods using OAuth 2.0, including support for:
Multi-Provider SSO (SAML, OAuth, etc.)
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
Other methods like LDAP, Local DB, and Digest
Users enter their ServiceNow instance URL, then authenticate; the method depends on your platform setup...If your org uses SSO, the app will pass through that flow.....If MFA is enabled (e.g via mobile authenticator or OTP), the app uses that too.
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’. This helps other community members find the right answer more easily and supports the community.
