How take a user from Email URL of RITM to MY Ticket section of service portal to display the RITM

When a user is getting an email, below is the way it comes and RITM shows up as a hyperlink

From this RED BOXED  hyperlink user is taken to below screen

But I want to take user to this below screen instead of the above when clicked on that hyperlink of RITM on email body.

Any suggestion how can I change the link in email notification script?
Present scenario - the script is having this now as below, what can be changed to make it meet the requirement and dynamic for any RITM .

You need to setup a mail script for this. Refer above posts and give it a try.
