So - how do I access a developer's instance of SNOW?
I have a screen that tells me I have an instance available but no URL link to it.
What am I not understanding?
Thanks, Graham

Thanks again, Atul, and the video links, but it's still unclear to me how, and now, if acquiring a ServiceNow developer's account also covers a running instance of ServiceNow itself,

When I log in to my developer's account dev instance, Iget an App Engine Studio portal. This looks useful, but I'd also need a running instance for development, understanding and testing.
Atul: Go back to Developer site , login and there under your profile -- you will see change the user role. change it to admin and save and re-login in PDI.
Is this part of the developer's support, or is developer support only applicable for ServiceNow customers?
Atul: PDI is open for anyone and everyone.

I get what you’re saying, Graham, and I agree — it can be confusing the first time you try to access a ServiceNow developer instance. Normally, once the instance is provisioned, you should get an email with the URL, or you can check the “Manage” section of your developer portal to find it. Beyond the immediate navigation issue, it’s worth remembering that Automation of Manual Work is one of the big benefits here — developers can automate repetitive tasks like reporting, customer communication, or order processing, which saves both time and money. If you’re ever looking to hire next.js developers, this hire next.js developers option highlights how skilled professionals can simplify workflows and make systems far more efficient.
