Hey All,
I came up with new requirement where I need to implement Round-Robin assignment of incidents on On-call Scheduling functionality. i need to auto assign incidents to on-call agents for a particular assignment group in Round-Robin assignment.
Some one please suggest me how I can achieve this one.

Hey There, I am in a similar situation. I was trying to work with Advanced Work Assignment, but cant seem to get it to work with out on-call rota. did you end up finding a solution?
