How to achieve single submission should create multiple incidents through record producer

Hi, I have a requirement for my record producer 

so we have three variables A, B, C 

A is of reference type variable 

B and c are string variables,

B and c can be multiple values. so, if user selects two or more values he need to get that many incidents in a single submission.

If anyone have any solution please let me know.
