Hi,
I have applied an UI policy on Incident form(Self Service View) to make some fields hidden based on one condition.
The UI policy is working fine in the Instance but it is not getting reflected on the Portal.
Portal Image :
In this case of Self service view of form, The fileds 'Category', 'Subcategory', 'Impact', 'Location' and 'Business Service' are hidden in the instance because of the UI Policy but the same is not getting reflected in the portal when I keep the view as 'view=ess' in the portal URL.
Can anyone please suggest me how to apply the UI policy to the Form in the Portal and hide the mentioned Fields.
Thanks,
Divya M.

I don't believe a standard UI Policy will work in the Portal. You might need to create a Catalog UI Policy - Service catalog UI policy

Hi,
Can you Please select the Value of the Field "Run Scripts in UI Policy" as All which will Allow the UI Policy to Run on both Desktop as well as in Service Portal UI as shown below:
By Default the UI Policy runs only on Desktop UI so it might be causing issues while you are testing in the Service Portal Interface. Please update as mentioned above and test your Policy again.
Hope this helps.Mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
