How to active checklist in snow(at the workspace)

I did create a checklist using the flow design, at the BE it's work perfectly, but when I tried to test at the workspace it appear as "inactive"(look at the pic), how can I fix it?

It's not SNOW, its SN or ServiceNow.

 mean the service operations workspace(SNOW), so can you help?

@MaramA Where does the message say checklist is inactive? Did you check the checklist pane in workspace side bar?
