How to add a ML solution in flow designer to update the predicted output in the Incident fields

Hi Everyone,

 

I have created a ML solution based on the similarity definition. Can anyone help me with steps to call the ML solution in flow designer and then to update the incident field in predicted result?

 

I went through the below link, but it did not help me much.

Hi Subhadipkarma,

 

Thank you very much for your quick response.

 

I could not find the "Run prediction" action in the flow designer, am I missing something? Please see the screen shot for reference.

Please use Similarity Prediction action.

Hi Subhadipkarma,

 

Thank you for your answer, I was able to create a flow designer based on the steps provided by you, in addition to the steps, I just had to include a 15 line script to retrieve the data predicted by the ML solution based on my requirement.
