How to add a select box in email notification and take the input from it.

I have a variable on RITM which is a select box. This variable is selected by the Approvers/Fulfillers only and not the requester. When a RITM is submitted, an approval mail gets sent to the approvers. 

Requirement is to send the choices of this select box variable in the email, so that the approver will select any choice and that will get updated in the RITM record.

Kindly help me configuring this 🙂

Hi.

This is not correct approach, email notification should contain only links and buttons.

There can be an issue at the end user side when they receive an email in their mailbox.

Please check OOB approval notification that contains approve/reject option.

Hi Anil,

Thanks for the quick response. Can we configure something as Approve/Reject Button, where the variable choices will come as buttons only in a queue. So that approver can reply to it and the reply will then be parsed to get the variable value and set it in the respective RITM.
