How to add a toggle button list in Catalog Item?

HI Everyone,

I am currently working on Service catalog items and I would like to know if there is a way of adding on/off toggle buttons as a list on a ci? Ideally as a variable. 

We have one department that uses multiple types of software and what I want to do it bring them to one page and they select all the applications they require.

 

I like the blue toggle bar option as I think it looks better - See screenshot attached of what im trying to acheive.

 

If anyone knows how to do this please let me know.

i think it is not possible to add this feature using OOB features available.

 

if needed you can create a custom widget to have  toggle button s for the required function.
