How to add additional comments field in the activity tab in employee center

Hi All,

We have customized the additional comments field in task table as per the client requirement. Now we are trying to implement Employee center in our servicedesk. But in the activity tab, additional comments field is not there as it is customized. Worknotes tab is visible as it is journal .Anyone has encountered the same scenario? please let me know whether you have any response.

@Devika3 In ESC portal, you will see activity tab only Where user can enter their comments on HR case. It is same as additional comments only.

In workspace or classic UI form, you will see worknotes for agents and Additional comments for end users.
