How to add additional fields in "Summary of Item being approved" in approval record

Hello Team,

I want to add new fields in the "Summary of Item being approved" section in the Policy Exception approval record. I have tried many ways but have not been able to fulfill them. Could someone help me with this?

Why is the approval view not on the Policy Exception record? need explanation.

Hi @Rama Rao ,

If you don't have apporval view, you can just made changes in the default view. Which will reflect in the approval summarizer too. I tried this way and it worked for me.

We don't want it on the default view. We need only in approval record.

Yeah Understood. Then what you can do is, create a new view "Approval" (Mostly try with the same name) in the Form layout. Then configure the fields, still it worked for me.
