How to add additional fields in "Summary of Item being approved" in approval record

Hello Team,
I want to add new fields in the "Summary of Item being approved" section in the Policy Exception approval record. I have tried many ways but have not been able to fulfill them. Could someone help me with this?
Why is the approval view not on the Policy Exception record? need explanation.

Hi @Rama Rao ,
Here it is, in the Form layout you can see a field called "View Name". If you click on it, a drop down will be showed as it is in the below picture. Click on "New" in the dropdown and create a new view "Approval". Then configure the field as you like.

Hello @dhanrajb ,
I have tried the same thing in my instance. but it did not work for me, and the previous fields were still shown on the approval record.
Please provide any suggestions on how to resolve this.

Hi, could you explain what are you referring to 'Policy Exception approval record' ? is it a table/ catalog item/ form/ view?

It is related Approval table and for every approval record, we have the "Summary of Item being approved" section below. We want to add the policy exception table additional fields in the approval record(Policy Exception related approval record)
