How to add an URL to Rich Text Label?

Could someone please let me know is there a way to add an URL to a Rich Text Label using Business Rule?

why to use script to add URL?

End users are submitting service request using email. Some of the emails body contains URL which is turn populated in the description field. However, description is a plain text field, so I cannot show a hyperlink in it.

We would like to copy the URL from the description field and put in field that is clickable. I was reading in the community that I could use Rich Text Label for URL, but I have no ideal how to do it.

I was wondering if you might be able to give us some advice or suggestions on how to handle this.

@Jessica28 Rich text Label is available in catalog items variables for that BR is not suitable thing.

And mainly Label should be configured while creation. Can't set through script
