How to add approval option for incidents

Does anyone know how to add an approvals tab to an incident/ticket?

It is a related list.

Right click on form header and select Configure > Related List
Move Approvers to the right side of slush bucket
Save

You can right click on the banner of the form and click configure ->Related List.
