How to add attachments in an Order Guide?

We have build our Service Catalog Portal using Order guide. when the user selects 5 items under the orderguide, then each item will be displayed as a tab for the user input. Customer wants the capability to add attachments in each of the tab that needs to be carry forwarded to the corresponding requested item and catalog tasks.
Eg: Order Guide: New User Information
Catalog items under this Order guide
1. Computer Accessories
2. Desk Phone
3. Mobile Device
When the user click on the computer accesories tab, user should be able to add attachments to this catalog item. Upon checkout, requested item will be created for Computer Accessories and a task will be created for Computer accessories.. Both should have the attachments added in the order guide tab.
Question:
1. How to dispaly attachment icon in the Orderguide tab and carry forward it to the Requested item and tasks?

It seems like there are no solution for this - see We have an urgent issue. We need to include an attachment on an Order Guide.

Hi all,
This is an old post but just in case it's useful for anyone we're in Madrid release and there's an option to include attachments or make them mandatory in RITMs that are part of an order guide.
To configure it, we just need to select the corresponding flags in item portal settings:
With this option we're forced to include attachments for that specific item in the order guide:
