How to add business Rule in RITM for closure of RITM when all catalog tasks are closed.

Hi @akash12345 

Normally, the Requested Item's (RITM) state and stage are updated within the flow or workflow, aligning with the distinct closure processes of each catalog item.

Can you share your use case, requirement for implementing this behavior through a business rule?
