How to add catalog ui policy and client script option in form layout view

Hello @NiSaraswat 

Right click on form then Configure->Related List.
Now you will see Available & Selected columns and what you want to showcase in related list just select from left side and get it in right side.

You can easily add the UI policies which Applies to Catalog Item using the approach shared by @Viraj Hudlikar 

But if you wish to add those UI policies which Applies to the Variable set belonging to your catalog item then you will have to create a defined relationship and use scripting
