How to add custom url domain name instead of dev18160 on the serviceNow personal instance ?

Please help me with the following. Need to add custom url instead of dev18160 in the attached image. Is this feature available for paid version or it's free ???

Hi @kaushal_snow ,

Unfortunately for PDIs you can't do as it's a free instance, it's only possible for company instances.

Set a custom URL as the instance URL

Unfortunate, custom URL in PDI is not available but you can do this for customer instance.
