How to add fields under 'Ticket Fields detalis' in Service Portal

Hi,

Is there any way to add field under this Tab without cloning the widget?

the page id is: csm_ticket&table=sn_customerservice_case

yes, you can update and show fields here

Standard Ticket Config -> Case table and info fields

Hello @Alon Grod ,

  • Go to sn_customerservice_case.list

  • Open any record.

  • Go to form layout

  • Check the view name. In portal, it usually uses: Service Portal

  • Add your new field into that view layout.

  • Save.
