Increase the size and placement of the annotation /message in servicenow portal

HI Community,

I have a requirement, i need to increase the size and placement of the annotation /message in servicenow portal....Currently this is appearing at the top i want this to be appear at the center an increase the size of this as well.

How can we achieve this?

From this link I came to know it is possible to achieve this but i'm not sure where exactly i need to modify the changes.

Under service portals> portals i opened our main portal in that i opened theme in that i can see css variable but nothing about notifications i'm not sure is this a right place i'm checking and in the related list i can see css includes in that i see 17 records not sure is that the right place too check as well

Can you guide me where exactly i need to modify

We had an issue yesterday. There is CSS that you need to update there.

In theme there is class - Ui_notifications there you need to make changes
