How to add fields under 'Ticket Fields detalis' in Service Portal

Hi,

Is there any way to add field under this Tab without cloning the widget?

the page id is: csm_ticket&table=sn_customerservice_case

yes, you can update and show fields here

Standard Ticket Config -> Case table and info fields

Hi @Alon Grod ,

 

As @Ankur Bawiskar already have mentioned, this is within the standard ticket configuration for the table in scope where fields are configured.
